After Purchase
1. You’ll receive an email confirmation from Square
2. Within 24 hours, we’ll email you an access code to the address you provided (we are working on automating this, so please be patient!)
3. Enter the code in the Half-Pint tagging app

What is AI tagging?
Instead of typing or writing brand, size, and description manually, you take 2 quick photos (one of the item, one of the label) and AI automatically fills in those fields for you. You just review, add a price, and save.
How many items can I tag with one code?
Each $4 access code lets you tag up to 200 items with AI. If you need more, you can purchase additional codes. This covers the cost charged for the “calls” to the AI recognition system.
Can I still tag items manually for free?
Yes! Manual entry (typing everything yourself) is always 100% free with unlimited items. AI tagging is an optional paid feature to save time.
How long does it take to receive my code?
We’ll email your access code within 24 hours of purchase. We are working on automating this system, so please be patient with us.
How accurate is the AI?
Very accurate for clear photos with visible labels! The AI can read brand tags and identify common clothing items. You always review and can edit anything before saving.
When does my code expire?
Never! Codes are valid for 200 items, whenever you use them.
