• Step 1: Fill out the form below. When it asks you how you will print barcodes, if you are interested in using Excel to generate barcodes, I will share how to do so here, but please confirm you are able to make it work PRIOR to choosing that option. My instructions work on my Mac, but it took some tech savviness to get there, and I will not be offering IT troubleshooting services on this!
• Step 2: The system will email me your form submittal and I will put it into a website for people to look through. When I’ve got the information online, I will email you so you can review it.
• Step 3: Along with Step 2, I will email you a document that you can use to form an agreement between you and a consignor. You would both sign this document as an agreement on what is being provided by whom and when.
• Step 4: When someone contacts you, be sure you discuss with them the level of effort and timeline they are expecting so that you are sure you can commit. If you agree with what they are asking, sign the document from Step 3 and send it to them for them to sign. Once they sign it, you should email it to me.
• Step 5: I confirm the consignor has registered and reply all to confirm that I have the correct percentage splits documented for their consignor number.
• Step 6: Work with your consignor to make money!

*Remember that Half-Pint pays consignors 70% of the proceeds, using the remainder to pay for facility rental, advertising, rack storage, supplies, etc. Set your percentage fee as a percentage of the total proceeds for their items (ie, you will take home XX% of total tagged sales, NOT XX% of the check I pay out).

If support includes tagging items for sale, how will you print barcodes? If you choose a barcode generator, please confirm you are able to make it work PRIOR to choosing that option (pick just one).

• Consignor provides password to account so HPH can order barcodes directly from their account
• Consignor orders barcode PDFs from the Half-Pint website and provides them to HPH via email
• HPH creates barcodes using EasyTag app, online tag generator, or Excel (see link above for Excel instructions). No effort needed by consignor.
• Consignor creates barcodes, prints them onto labels, and provides them to HPH along with items for sale

If support includes tagging items for sale, what do you require is provided to you by the consignor? Be specific if you want them provided, because if you aren’t then you are on the hook to provide it yourself – ie, how many of each? You may not be able to get enough to cover every article you will be prepping, so make sure you have your own supply. Recommend you either ask for a higher percentage and cover supplies on your own, or you ask for a general number based on the number of items they are selling (eg, one hanger per article of clothing), knowing that you might have to supplement here and there. NOTE: Half-Pint Resale will maintain its standard 30%. You may charge anything between 0 to 70% of sales for your service.

Anything you want to include in your profile? For instance, Hi, I am Susie, and I’ve been a consignor for 10 years. I really enjoy consigning and know how to optimize items for this sale. I have two kids and a cat, but I keep all the items I’m working on consigning in sealed bins while I’m not working on them so you don’t have to worry about smells. ETC ETC. You may also submit a picture for the profile by emailing it to halfpintresale@gmail.com. This is OPTIONAL.
